WHAT TO EXPECT
We will arrive about one hour before the start of your event to setup and get the oven warmed up. Once the oven is up to temperature, the pizzas will cook in a couple of minutes. Our pizzas are made on site. We use our own fresh dough, hand toss them and cook them in our mobile pizza oven. We serve everything buffet style which allows your guests to sample all the flavors of pizza you selected and helps maintain a smooth flow of service.
We require enough space to park our trailer. The minimum amount of space needed is 12ft x 25ft. If there is a gate in the pathway of the setup location there needs to be a minimum of 96" clearance to get through the opening. We cannot drive over any unpaved pathways including grass, gravel and dirt. Paper products are included in all packages.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit is required to reserve the date of event. Full payment is due prior to the start of the event.
SERVICE FEE: A 20% service fee will be added to the invoice. The service fee is calculated on the pre-tax total and is subject to sales tax as stated by the CDTFA (publication 115).
TRAVEL: We travel all over Okaloosa & Walton Counties. The first 35 miles of travel are included. Additional travel fees will be added for events past the 35 mile radius from our location in Crestview.
STAFFING: Each quote will include the cost of culinary staffing. The number of staff is determined by your final guest count and menu selections. We do not provide wait/service staff. If you require wait/service staff please let us know and we are happy to provide a referral.
FOOD CATERING MINIMUM: Catering Minimums apply to all events. Please inquire for additional information on the catering minimum for the date of your event.
Crust and Canvas Paint & Sip Events
We also offer painting events. This includes a 16x20 Canvas along with all the necessary supplies to create your masterpiece. There is a 10 person minimum. Simply let us know the desired Canvas painting from our gallery or let us know a theme and our artist will walk your guests through creating a masterpiece they will love. The cost is $35 per person.
